Switch Shoot

Info:

This is Switch Shoot, a solo project top-down shooter.

But when the bar fills up, the roles get reversed! The enemies will stop in place to shoot, and you'll be the one chasing them, 

As time passes on, the enemy horde grows in number, challenging your speed, reflexes, and adaptability. Will you have what it takes to keep up with the escalating chaos? Or will the relentless onslaught switch your heart from living to lifeless?

Controls:

WASD to Move

Mouse to Aim

Left Mouse Button to Shoot

(While in Shoot Mode, movement is more controllable,  and you get a gun.)

(While in Chase Mode, you constantly move forward, can bump into enemies, and gain a shield that can reflect bullets.)

Extras:

All music, sound effects, and art (except fonts) are made by me, Froz. ^-^

This game was made for the GMTK Game Jam 2023, with the theme "Reversed Roles".
